// FULL FEATURE BREAKDOWN

Built to Run Tournaments End to End

From the moment a player registers to the final whistle, every step is automated.

🧠

A Balancing Engine That Finds the Perfect Split

Most bots randomly assign teams and call it balanced. TournaTek runs a dual-mode balancing engine that adapts to your lobby. For smaller tournaments it evaluates every possible roster combination and returns the provably optimal split — not a good guess, the mathematically fairest teams that exist. For large fields, where the combinations run into the millions and beyond, it switches to an adaptive optimisation algorithm that runs multiple independent passes and scales its effort with the size of the lobby, then keeps the best result.

It balances at two levels simultaneously: every individual team is checked so no roster has one pro carrying two beginners, and the tournament as a whole is checked so no team has a significant edge over the field. Both have to be right.

The result is lobbies that actually feel fair — closer games, more upsets, and tournaments people want to come back to.

📝

One-Command Registration

Players register with their Epic ID and the bot pulls their live 2v2 and 3v3 ranked MMR automatically. No spreadsheets, no manual entry.

⚔️

Single Elim, Double Elim & Round Robin

Choose your format at creation. Single and double elimination run power-of-two brackets with automatic byes — double elim adds a full losers bracket and grand final so one bad game won't end your run. Round robin plays a set number of rounds with live standings. Either way, rounds advance on their own — no admin clicks required.

🔘

Button-Based Match Reporting

Every match embed has buttons right on the post: report your team won, report the opposing team won, dispute the result, forfeit, or reveal your private-match credentials. Click 🔑 Lobby Credentials to instantly see your lobby name and password — only you can see the response. No DMs to wait for, no commands to remember.

🏳️

Self-Service Forfeits

Can't finish a game or a whole run? Tap 🏳️ Forfeit on your match post and choose Just this match or your team's whole tournament — the opponent is awarded the win and the bracket advances automatically. Players can only forfeit the team they're on, so nobody can concede on your behalf.

🛡️

Rank-Gated Tournaments

Set a minimum and maximum rank (Bronze through SSL) when creating a tournament. Out-of-range players are blocked at sign-up so lobbies stay competitive.

🔊

Automatic Channel Management

The bot creates a registration hub, a match-reporting channel, per-team voice channels, a Streamer Lounge, and an admin lounge — then deletes all of it when the tournament ends. No channel clutter left behind.

🎙️

Caster & Streamer Support

Give your Discord members a Caster or Streamer role and they can click 🔑 Lobby Credentials on any match embed to view that lobby's name and password — without being a player. A dedicated Streamer Lounge voice channel is created automatically for each tournament.

🔔

Smart Notifications

Players get DM'd 30 minutes before start, reminded if a match goes unreported, and notified when they're eliminated or receive a bye — keeping the bracket moving without anyone having to ask.

Crash Recovery

If the bot restarts mid-tournament, it re-attaches match buttons, resumes stuck rounds, and cleans up orphaned channels automatically.

📊

Career Stats & Leaderboards

Tournaments played, titles won, match record, win rate, and server rank are tracked for every player and surfaced on a public leaderboard.

🔁

Auto-Recurring Tournaments (Elite)

Run a league on autopilot. Save a tournament setup once and the bot re-creates it on a schedule — daily, weekly on a chosen day, or monthly on a set date or a pattern like the first Saturday. Monthly events open about a week ahead; daily and weekly ones open as soon as the last finishes. Pause, resume, or delete any schedule anytime.
